Had a great experience at Graff Toyota service. Neil suggested a maintenance package and explained how I could save on full service oil changes and tire rotation. Staff was friendly and helpful and provided a satisfactory atmosphere.

After some car troubles we decided to trade in for a new Toyota. The team at Graff was amazing! Chris G, Brian, Troy and Neil all took such good care of us and made the transition smooth and easy. So grateful for this team and excited to roll out with a new Land Cruiser!

The receptionist in service department was kind and responsive. Kara is always kind, polite, helpful, informative responsive, and thorough. I probably would go to Walmart if it weren't for her constant attention to matters and her persistent kindness. I feel important when I go.
