I was in for a recall fix. I was told that it would take 2 hours. The technician was not able to get it to reset properly. After 3 hours, and still having an issue with the reset, Kara Martin offered me a courtesy vehicle to take home. When we had finished the paperwork, the technician pulled up with my car. He had stayed after the normal time to go home, trying to solve the problem. Thanks to him and your service staff.

I just purchase a 2024 Rav 4. I was thrilled with my sales rep, his manager, and the financial guy. Even tough I gave up some of the bells and whistles from another dealership, I gained security with safety features and knowing the 2024 RAV4 is rated high in dependability and longevity! I feel I got the best bang for my buck!
