We never felt pressured or like we were just another sale. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure we were comfortable with our decision. Good experience

Just purchased a custom Sienna. The process took a few months, I did get impatient but my sales associate convinced me to wait. I’m thankful he did. Jay was wonderful in setting me up and showing me the vehicle. I had zillion questions, mostly dumb ones. They were Iris the entire time. I did negotiate what I think is fair. But I wanted a custom order so it’s going to cost more.

Tony at Graff was very helpful and took the time to answer all the questions I asked throughout the entire process. He answered any time I texted asking for updates while my new truck was being shipped. Overall a very friendly staff and great car buying experience.

John Messer was absolutely and utterly amazing. He got us into a car at the price range i wanted. If you tell him where you want to be and what you like and dont like in cars, he will find the car that you need and it may not have been on your radar. I will DEFINITELY be going back when I need a new car (in 10 years) and sending everyone i know his way. Ask for John, let him help you...he will.

We came in and September 29, 2026 and we had Christian as our salesman. He was very kind and helpful and he put us into a brand new 2026 Toyota Corolla and we couldn’t be happier. This dealership is highly recommended and we will come back and refer friends to it as well.
