Every time I come here they are short on technicians. Last oil change took 2.5 hours. Previous times are about an average of two hours. Much less expensive than other shops has me coming back.

I had a recall booked but due to the storms my appointment was cancelled. As soon as Toyota was up with power they were calling to reschedule for next availability. I dropped my car off the night before with Neil O. and by mid morning next day my car was serviced and ready to go. Thanks to Neil for his positive attitude and great customer service!
