Thank you so much to all the works at Graff Toyota. I had to have a battery replacement put in so therefore my car had to be towed in and when a I called there the very nice lady I spoke with stated to me that if it comes be there by 4 o'clock they could take a look and see if it was the battery or something else, and of course it was there way before then and boy thoses men working there were Johnny on the spot after about 2 hours toyota called me and started the car was ready. I went in and again nothing but kindness to me. And with that kind communication and acknowledge and kindness gose a long way with a customer. I was in for a recall fix. I was told that it would take 2 hours. The technician was not able to get it to reset properly. After 3 hours, and still having an issue with the reset, Kara Martin offered me a courtesy vehicle to take home. When we had finished the paperwork, the technician pulled up with my car. He had stayed after the normal time to go home, trying to solve the problem. Thanks to him and your service staff.
